Introduction Sessions (Free!)

Share a bit about who you are, what you do, and the challenges you're facing. This session is for us to learn a little bit about each other.

Deep Dive (~ 1 Hour):
We'll dig deeper into your requirements and objectives and explore the complexity of your situation to see if our skills match up. If we're a good fit, we'll move forward to the next stage. If not, we'll point you towards other resources that might be helpful to you.

Trust Building Sessions (Pay What You Want)

From the list of requirements we’ve established from the previous step, we will select a key requirement and further develop it into a feature. A feature is a standalone functionality that solves a single problem. We’ll work on this feature together and come up with a proof of concept. You get to keep whatever we’ve finished at the end of the trust building session.

Trust Building Sessions Breakdown ( ~8 Hours )
- Planning and Proposal ( ~2 Hours)
- Implementation ( ~ 5 Hours )
- Review and feedback ( ~1 Hour )

Project Building Sessions

We will work on implementing the features in two-week intervals. Each inteval is called a sprint. At the start of the sprint, a planning meeting will be held to discuss the goals and priority within the sprint. A daily progress report will be provided during each day of the sprint. A review and progress meeting will be held at the end of the sprint.
